Securing the Future: Comprehensive CCTV and FTTH for Serene Gardens

The Vision

Serene Gardens, a premier gated community with 120 luxury homes, required a dual-purpose infrastructure. They needed a high-level security surveillance system for common areas and a reliable fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) internet foundation for their residents.

The Fiber Backbone

Our team deployed a robust aerial fiber network throughout the estate. We used our Universal Pole Brackets and Stainless Steel Banding to secure 24-Core FAT Boxes at strategic points. This allowed us to provide a dedicated fiber drop to every single house using our high-strength outdoor black drop cables.

Security Infrastructure

The surveillance part of the project involved installing 45 Dahua IP cameras. We utilized NVRs with WizSense technology for AI-powered human and vehicle detection. This reduced false alarms from wind or animals by 90%. The cameras were linked via a dedicated VLAN to ensure high-resolution video streams did not interfere with the residents' internet traffic.

Challenges Overcome

The estate's layout featured many mature trees and narrow pathways. Our team utilized Duct Rodders to pull cables through existing underground conduits in the most sensitive areas, preserving the aesthetic beauty of the community while ensuring the infrastructure remained hidden and protected.

Final Outcome

Serene Gardens is now one of the most technologically advanced estates in the region. Residents enjoy lightning-fast internet, and the management has a centralized security room where they can monitor the entire perimeter in real-time. Crime incidents in the area have dropped to near zero since the system went live.
